What we collect
Only what you type into our Celebration & Feedback form: your name, WhatsApp number, occasion, celebration date, the recipient's name and relation to you, your rating and feedback. If you message us on WhatsApp or call, we see the details you share there.
Why we collect it
To give you your reward code, to remind you before your celebration comes around again, to improve our cakes, and to take and deliver your orders. We never sell your data or share it with advertisers.
Where it is stored
Form entries are stored with our website host (Netlify) and reach us on WhatsApp. Our site loads fonts from Google, map views from OpenStreetMap / Google Maps and a photo from Unsplash, so those services may see your IP address. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it. To see, correct or delete your details, or to stop reminders, message us on WhatsApp or email us and we will act on it promptly.
Children
Our forms are meant for adults. Please do not submit details on behalf of a child other than the recipient's first name.
Cancellation, refund & delivery
Every cake is baked only after your order is confirmed. You may cancel before baking begins for a full refund of any advance paid. Once baking has started, the order can no longer be cancelled or refunded. If your cake arrives damaged or is not what was confirmed, send us a photo within 2 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund you. Delivery within 6–12 hours depends on design and location. Small variations in decoration are natural because every cake is handmade. Our cakes are eggless but may contain milk, gluten and nuts — please tell us about any allergy when you order.
